My belief is that there are many different things which can be done to optimise performance and these are listing some of the methods I have used and tested in order to track how I perform.

This is mainly tracking:

  • Cognitive function
  • Emotional states
  • Work performance output
  • Endurance
  • Fitness, weight loss, and muscular development

I am very much into the whole Quantified Self movement, and am a Member of the Auckland Quantified Self Meetup.
